nutrisystem starts today

working out had never worked for me...my scarsdale diet does and this involves certain combination of food and portions... i can still continue doing scarsdale but i want to try something new... ergo, the nutrisystem....

i chose this because this has the most ratings and good reviews among the different sites and independent companies comparing diets that i've checked so far.....

i actually had 3 on my list:
weight watchers
jenny craig
nutrisystem

whether that's a real non-bias site or not, i guess i won't really know but i have seen several reviews and it's those 3 i've listed above that's been dominating and that people said works....but you already know what i chose...

i got my off-the-shelf set of food yesterday (it comes on two delivery, off-the-shelf and frozen).... the off-the-shelf consists of 2 boxes....i waited for that first order to arrive for more than a week.... my second delivery would be frozen food....i don't know how long it would take for that to arrive...the first order is good for 1 month.....

by the way, i ordered their gourmet.... it's just a few dollars more than the basic  so i thought, what the heck...so i got the gourmet.... i like the food im seeing in my two boxes so far...after i finished the gourmet and i still want to continue nutrisystem i'm shifting to basic.....





breakfast:
    - nutrisystem breakfast entree (i chose d cornflakes)
    - protein (i boiled 1 egg)
    - fruits (i had 3 pulps of jackfruit)

lunch:
   -  nutrisystem lunch entree (i brought turkey hotdog)
   - dairy or protein (i forgot to bring extra egg or have bought those smoked ham or atleast a light yogourt)
   - vegetable (i brought my brocs & carrots)
   - another serving of veggies (hopefully the ones i brought would make 2 servings)

snacks:
   - dairy or protein (next time i need to bring a lot of cold cuts and/or eggs and light yogourt)
   - fruit (i have enough lanka)


dinner:
   - nutrisystem dinner entree (i brought cheese and spinach ravioli w/ meat sauce)
   - fruit or veggie
   - veggiees
   - veggies
   - fat (nuts)

dessert: yes they have dessert!
   - i'll be having nutrisystem chocolate cake
