been a while, huh

im on crash diet..

i know, i know, not good but i need to shrink my cheeks before my birthday/christmas/new year...i want to look good on pictures, lol..

so, im not doing any exercises last week and i lost 3 lbs.... i was just eating breakfast, light lunch (consisting of 2 slices of wheat bread) and veggie dinner and i don't eat after 6

weekends are still my downfall..... i get invited to all sort of dining out that it screws up my meal plan....
